Part 1 Presenter: Bill Winton
Bill, along with two business partners, started and operated a manufacturing facility for 20+ years. He brings business planning expertise to the table as well as basic knowledge in all aspects of running a manufacturing business.
Part 2 Presenter: Marilyn Scott
Marilyn Scott’s professional background is focused on communication, employee development and organizational dynamics. Before assuming a management position at Intel in Hillsboro, her career included managing employee and organizational development for the American Red Cross Southwest Region, and owning her own consulting business, MK Scott Consulting and Training. She has also worked with many nonprofit organizations and consulted with United Way agencies. She presents SCORE workshops on business basics in addition to topics related to nonprofit management.
Part 3 Presenter: Kaye Kloser
Kaye Kloster worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. She retired from ARC Document Solutions in 2015 as a senior management team member. Her experience in outside sales, marketing and business management helped ARC grow and thrive during the technology shift from analog to digital services. She developed revenue streams, opened the Bend location and provided training to all new sales representatives. In 2016 Kaye became a SCORE volunteer mentoring small businesses and entrepreneurs. In addition to mentoring small businesses Kaye served as Chapter Chair from 2017 - 2019. Currently she is the SCORE Portland Marketing and Program Chair.
