Winter Training 2022-23

This is a less intense program to help build your base, keep up your consistency and maintain fitness over the key winter months. Weekly group run workouts can be used to train for anything from a 5K to the marathon. Schedules will include Base/Maintenance, Half Marathon and full marathon training suggestions.
