The Right Service at the Right Time - Gainesville (07/23/14) 

“The Right Service at the Right Time” is a statewide project designed to connect people in Florida with social and government services.  Many of the people in need of this assistance are using libraries to access information on these services. 

This full-day training session will cover:

• An introduction to The Right Service at the Right Time project
• Discussion of the general project information
• History and future goals of Right Service
• Front-end searching
• Data entry overview
• Standards and Best Practices
• Sample entries of a service and provider
• Q & A about data entry

Additional hands-on data entry practice, assistance with determining appropriate non-profits, and time for extensive Q & A will be offered to each attendee.
