This one-day classroom-based program highlights the profile of high-performing supervisors. This highly interactive workshop guides participants through an exploration of the differences in management vs. leadership and provides opportunities to discover how their strengths and potential career derailers impact their success. With this as a foundation, participants discuss their own powerful development experiences and how they can leverage these in their role as a coach to develop their staff. As a result of this program, participants create an action plan that will contribute to success in their current or future leadership role.
