Grant Writing for Collections - Webinar (05/27/20)

As more resources are diverted to acquiring new material for libraries, funding for maintaining collections can get lost in the shuffle. This session introduces grant writing for collections care projects to beginners looking for a comprehensive primer on:

  • Scoping projects
  • The review process
  • The writing process
  • Creating a persuasive case
  • Common grant funders
  • Resources for further guidance

This webinar is for library staff with roles in collections care, exhibiting, or technical services. Any staff with an interest in improving collections care are welcome.
