IMPORTANT:
This is a 2-part webinar that meets Wednesday, July 14 AND Wednesday, July 21, from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, ET. 

You must attend both sessions.

You will complete this course with a successful online meeting experience and with a personal action for improving all your online meetings—whether you are an attendee or the leader.
Purpose:
Participants learn techniques for planning the meeting, keeping people on track, building agreements, and completing with clear and practical action plans.

Virtual Trainer: Beth Yates

Beth has been with Interaction Associates for over 20 years. She attended IA workshops for ten years prior to joining the company. Her clients have included Dick's Sporting Goods, Dolby Laboratories, eBay, General Motors, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Saks Fifth Avenue and many more well-known names.

Beth holds a BA in Sociology from California State University-Humboldt. She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is a trained Life Coach and Community Mediator.

Interaction Associates (IA) is one of the world’s authorities on group and organizational collaboration. Since 1969, they have developed and taught practical, simple, and effective methods for helping people achieve remarkable results by working together across functions, viewpoints, and geographies.

IA introduced the concept and practice of group facilitation to the business world over 40 years ago. Since then, over 500,000 people have learned The Interaction Method, a facilitated approach for building understanding and agreement so that people can take informed, concerted action
