In this 2 hour session, we'll cover the basics of project management and how they can be applied to library work -- from managing your daily work to large organizational projects such as building renovations, new services, ILS migration, and data projects.
You'll gain new insights into the pressure points of a project, how to communicate and advocate more effectively to administration and key stakeholders, (free!) tools to help keep everyone (including yourself!) on board and on track, and tips for organizing your day and work to facilitate smoother workflows. Plus, you might just gain a few extra minutes every day!
