The next meeting of the Leadership Interest Group will take place on Wednesday, June 22nd, from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.  If you are a library leader OR an aspiring library leader, we'd love for you to join us!  This quarter's topic is "Leadership Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them."

My name is Sarah Capps.  I am the branch manager of a full-service library in the Volusia County Public Library system. I spent my undergraduate years as a UNC-Chapel Hill Tarheel, and received my MLIS from the University of South Florida.  I have worked professionally in libraries for the past 9 years.  I firmly believe that my experiences as a resort activities coordinator and a camp counselor provide as much value as my degrees.  In my free time you can find me gaming, crafting, or spending time with family.
