July 29-30, 2017 is the Ned Jaquith Foundation's annual bamboo campout and BBQ potluck fundraiser! Proceeds from the camp out's activities will benefit the Ned Jaquith Foundation, which supports bamboo research.
Saturday, July 29 starts with two great workshops – constructing a Bamboo Broom and Bamboo Papermaking. An Ikebana demonstration will follow later in the day. There will be several activities for the kids, too. Pitch your tent in the bamboo groves and enjoy singing around the campfire.
