10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Camp MoVal

 Description:  The Grape Cluster of the Eastern Association invites everyone in the Missouri Mid-South Conference to attend.  We will celebrate Earth Day, Experience Camp MoVal, and Discuss Shared Ministry Possibilities. 

Cost: $10 per person (children 4 and under are free).  The cost covers a portion of the meal and facilities rental.  The Grape Cluster and other church donations help to make this event more affordable to attend. 

Schedule of Events

 10:00 a.m.

• Opening Gathering
• Earth Day Activities around camp

12:00 p.m.

• Lunch with a presentation about camp

1:00 p.m.

• SIT 1 (Special Interest Time)
• Choose one of these options:  Hay Ride, Lake Activities, Shared Ministry, Hike

1:45 p.m.

• SIT 2 (Special Interest Time)

Choose one of these options:  Hay Ride, Lake Activities, Shared Ministry, Hike

2:30 p.m.

• Closing Worship (A free will offering will be collected for camp during worship.)
