•The difference between agency based and nonagency based supervision
• Develop ethical paradigms to incorporate into the educational process of supervision
•Increase knowledge of techniques used for self-care, healthy boundaries, and professional behavior

Holly McKenney, DSW, LCSW-BACS is a 1996 MSW and 2017 DSW graduate of Tulane University School of Social Work. Dr. McKenney is an Assistant Professor of Social Work for Southern University at New Orleans and is Adjunct at Tulane School of Social Work. Dr. McKenney has been a practicing clinical social worker for over the last 20 years in the greater New Orleans area working in both administrative and clinical roles in nonprofit and for profit arenas working with diverse clients and settings. Dr. McKenney has had her BACS since 2001.
