Join us for a mind/body journey to support an introspective exploration into your inner wisdom and presence of spirit.
In this evening workshop, Nika Annon will guide you through the experience of Trance using Ecstatic Body postures of our spiritual ancestors to stimulate a "waking dream" state. Ecstatic Trance produces ultra slow theta brain waves. This experience enables participants to experience an intense joy felt after a trance and disentagle from stressful daily filters.
Coming out of the Ecstatic Body postures, Joule L'Adara will lead you through a series of movement and vocal explorations to release and sound the psychical and energy bodies. These practices you can take with you and use whenever you are needing renewed energy, vitality and creativity.
Through this workshop, you will experience a profound way to participate in alternate realities, emerging with renewed clarity about the next steps you need to take in your life.

Nika Annon
Nika Annon’s fascination with how humans operate, learn to be in the world and how to do it more fully and deeply attracted her to coaching. Nika’s coaching style is derived from years of study including psychology, anthropology, ethnography, philosophy & spirituality to help clients figure out how to do what they truly desire in life. She incorporates Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) & Neuro-plasticity techniques to help individuals move beyond limiting beliefs & assumptions that hold them back & create new habits to reinforce the changes which create the desired outcomes.
Joule L'Adara
Joule L'Adara: experimental vocalist, opera singer, and sound healing bodyworker is on the teaching faculty of the New York Open Center, Integral Yoga Institute NYC, and Brooklyn's Green Spa. She offers private Sound Healing sessions through the Open Center's Wellness Department. She is the founder of SOUNDING CIRCLES - offering Zany, crazy, life-affirming vocal sound healing circles to help people "find their inner wildness" as well as vocal toning and Sounding Circle facilitation training world-wide through her online courses. In September of 2012, she launched THE SOUND SOAK series in NYC which has been running regularly ever since, featuring rotating guest collaboratorsso that every SOAK is different.
