Join us for a FREE live interactive webinar celebrating the Winter Solstice through sacred sound!

Joule L'Adara will welcome you in this live video webinar where she will lead you through a series of participatory sound and breath exercises in honor of the darkest nights of the year, begining our return towards the days of light.

We will then be joined by the special guest appearence of Joshua Goldman - son of Jonathan Goldman and author of the book "Sound Healing for Beginners." Joshua will lead us through a powerful sound-breath practice to play with our "inner polarities". 

Finally, we will take part in a magical sonic solstice ritual, where you will be guided through a sound meditation designed to assist you in letting go of things that are no longer serving you so that you can emerge from the darkest days of the year back into the light to shine and share your unique gifts!

The class is live and is also recorded - a link to the recording will be sent to you right after the conclusion of the class for you to keep. If you can't make the event live, please register anyway and you'll receive a copy of the recording.

Of course, we encourage you to attend live as you'll be able to share in real time with people across the planet! This event takes place on the Zoom Webinar platform and you will receive the registration link upon registering. There is also an option to call in on a phone line.

Joule L'Adara, MFA is the founder of Sounding Circles LLC through which she joyously leads Sounding Circles all over the planet! 

A professional opera singer, she has sung with the Metropolitan Opera and as a soloist in Carnegie Hall. She is currently the artistic director of the Guided Imagery Opera - an experimental opera company based in New York City that Guided Imagery and Music with ritual theater. Joule also created The Sound Soak which is a meditative concert series that has been running monthly in Manhattan since 2012. 

Joule's Sounding Circles facilitation process is currently being offered as an online curriculum and will be available in 2016 as a book. She also offers in-person training through her many workshops, trainings and retreats in New York and around the world. 

Joule is a keynote speaker and a corporate trainer as well as a holistic vocal coach. She is also an Acuntonics Practitioner, a Reiki Master, a US trainer for Feeltone Instruments which are made in Germany, she teaches Harmonic Healing featuring Australia's Elfen Energy Chimes and works with a variety of different therapeutic tools including bowls, bells, chimes and gongs.

Joshua Goldman is a lifelong sound healer. HIs father is renowned sound healer Jonathan Goldman. From the time he was born, Joshua has been surrounded by and worked with sound as a healing modality. He was raised among numerous luminaries in the field. Through the years filled with workshops and teachings, Joshua has gained a deep knowledge of sound healing both on both technical and experiential levels. Joshua is passionate about spreading knowledge through sonic modalities, and he is excited to see a world where more people explore and benefit from the transformational power of soud.
