It is important to be physically and mentally fit, especially in these challenging times of Anti-Asian crimes. Wear comfortable clothes, and have water to hydrate. We will also use a ball and cane as tools for alignment and stretching exercises.
Equipment (optional): light weights, ball or pillow, and a cane or yardstick.
Sokie Lee is a Movement Motivator, promoting health through mindful movement. Sokie teaches and has taught wellness classes at the 92nd Street YMCA, Hospital for Special Surgery, and Mount Sinai.
