Sniffapalooza Fall Ball 2011  in NYC!

Dear Fragrance Friends,

In less than one short week, fragrance lovers from around the globe will be gathering in NYC for the most spectacular scent event of the season, Sniffapalooza Fall Ball! Demand for tickets has been overwhelming and only a limited number of spaces remain. So we urge you to let us know right away if you would like to join your fellow fragrance aficionados for our biggest & best Sniffapalooza yet!

 

Two of our favorite parts of Fall Ball Weekend are our scrumptious luncheons at Opia and Barolo. Meeting new friends from all over the world who love what you love is a phenomenal experience! Our Saturday Lunch Loot gift bags will be filled to the brim, as usual, and we have special treats at our Sunday luncheon, too. Our Speaker Line-Up each day is incredible, and we’ll be revealing two new creative projects that you can be involved in!

SATURDAY, October 22

 

10:00am-12:00pm: Join us on the Lower Level Beauty Floor at Bergdorf Goodman, meet special guests & presenters from the Sold Out breakfast, exclusive offers, makeup artists, the BG raffle & those legendary gift bags!

 

12:15pm-2:30pm: Prix Fixe lunch at Opia Restaurant - Special speakers & presentations & the amazing Sniffapalooza Lunch Loot! Also, a sneak-peek at an innovative new creative project that you can be involved in!

 

2:45pm-4:00pm: Sniffing at Henri Bendel, with special guests and perfumers, refreshments, and the exclusive special Sniffapalooza GWP!

 

4:15pm-5:15pm: Private presentation at Krigler Perfumery at The Plaza. Meet Ben Krigler, sip something fabulous, and sample the full collection!

 

5:15pm-6:30pm: Stroll over to Bond No. 9 on Madison - Meet the Bond No. 9 team, peruse the complete line, sample the fabulous new I LOVE NY Scents, & enjoy a 15% discount on all purchases!

 

SUNDAY, October 23

 

9:00am-11:00am: Molton Brown exclusive Master Class for Sniffapalooza! Nibble on scrumptious treats while we meet the Molton Brown brand team, discover the new Fine Fragrance Collection, learn the history of this extraordinary company, sample the prolific product line & take away special gifts!

 

11:00am-5:00pm: Open House sniffing at Le Labo. Meet the Le Labo team, check out the City Exclusive Collection in a special preview showing for Sniffapalooza & have your purchases custom-labeled!

 

11:00-12:15pm: Sniffing at MiN NY, with sampling, refreshments, & mingling with special guests! Meet Creative Team Mindy, Chad & Levi & indulge in the full MiN NY experience!

 

12:30-2:30pm: Prix Fixe lunch at Soho hot-spot Barolo, with EAU de Sniffapalooza Showcase (Emerging Artisans Uncorked!), party favors, & special guests!

 

2:45-4:00pm: Bleecker Street Scent Tour

Enter the fragrant and luminous universe of Diptyque! Experience their exquisite fragrances and much-lauded candles, and sample their newest masterpieces. Meet the Diptyque team and nibble a treat!

 

Visit the only free standing NARS Boutique in the world - because sometimes you just have to stop and smell the makeup! In this gorgeous shop you can see Francois Nars' personal archives of his influences and favorite things (incredible!), preview the new holiday line, learn the techniques for the perfect smoky eye and the most luscious red lip, munch on something tasty, and, of course, take way samples and gifts!

 

4:00- 6:00pm: The Sephora Sensorium

Sephora and Firmenich have joined forces to create a multi-sensory pop-up experience located in the Meatpacking District, just a short walk from Bleecker St! We'll take a journey of six encounters designed to explore the brain's purely instinctual & uninhibited reaction to scent... leading us through the magical world of creation, extraction and art. The final stage will be at the fragrance flight bar with our emotions guiding our way. This is a limited-engagement production, and Sniffapalooza has a special invitation!

 

The rates for Sniffapalooza Fall Ball are as follows:

 

Saturday, 10/22: $90 covers event & luncheon & assorted special treats!

Sunday, 10/23: $90 covers event & luncheon & assorted special treats!

Full weekend: $180 covers events 10/22 and 10/23, lunches both days and assorted treats as detailed above.

 

A portion of each registration fee will be donated to a very special charity - Make A Wish Foundation.

 

If you've attended a Sniffapalooza before, you know what an incredible experience awaits you... if you haven't, you're in for the time of your life!
