          4 Key Foundations for Every Business

This is a four step workshop that will require participation in consecutive 3-hour sessions that will run from Saturday January 18th until Saturday February 8th. Successful and experienced Executives will assist you in refining your entrepreneurial concepts into reality. Course instruction will be split between lecture and workshop in which participants will work on their personal business ideas.

The four sessions will address the following topics*:

1. January 18:  The Business Plan
   *Importance of Business Planning
   *The Business Plan Format
   *Corporate Entities/Ownership
   *Advantages and Disadvantages of each
2. January 25:   Marketing - Process and Strategy 
   *Marketing Assessment and Goals
   *Marketing Research
   *Pricing Decisions
   *Sales Promotion and Strategy
3. February 1:  Small Business Accounting, Credit & Funding
   *Accounting Methods
   *Essential Accounting Records
   *Credit and Collections
   *Sources of Funding
4. February 8: Financials 
   *Financial Planning
   *Balance Sheet
   *Income Statement
   *Cash Flow
   *Break-Even Analysis

Those registering for all 4 sessions will receive a discounted fee of $125, however, enrollment is allowed at a $35 fee for each individual session.

Parking is convenient and free in the 30 Schuyler Place Garage.

* Session topic order may change due to instructor availability. A minimum of 4 registrants needed for Workshop to commence.
