*Webinar* Debt Financing for Small Business 

The program will educate attendees as to important considerations for traditional and non-traditional sources of debt financing.Attendees will be introduced to traditional and non-traditional sources of debt financing sources:

• New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) programs for small businesses;
• U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) programs for small businesses;
• Non-traditional loan sources, including friends, family and others;
• The role of an attorney and commercial loan consultant in small business borrowing.

The presenter is Bill Graber whose law practice concentrates on diversified business law counseling and representation services. For 18 years prior to entering the practice of law in 1997, he owned and operated a substantial business. Barry received his law degree from Seton Hall School and he holds an MBA Finance and a BS in Business Management. He is a director of the Business Law Section of the state bar association and is an adjunct professor of law.
