This seminar will highlight HR related items that a small business owner should be thinking about to help them protect and grow their business.

  • Legal and regulatory issues of being an employer including a discussion around employees and independent contractors

Andy has worked for a top 10 national staffing and payroll agency where he gained experience in recruiting, payroll, and risk management.  Most recently, Andy was the Chief Human Resources Officer for the 15th largest accounting firm in the nation and was a Principal and human resources leader for another top 25 national accounting firm prior to being sold to one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
