Parents' Night Out

at Ascension Episcopal Church & School

Date night... or relaxing after a crazy holiday break!! Let us wear out your kids while you enjoy a quiet evening! Please send your kids to join us for a fun-filled Parents' Night Out at Ascension on Saturday, January 12th, 5 to 9 PM. Open to members and non-members. Ages 6 months through 5th grade. Pre-registration and pre-payment are REQUIRED, plus an additional authorization form. (If you filled out a waiver for September, you do NOT need to fill it out again.) $10 for 1st child, $5 for each additional sibling. All volunteer run, by church members, school parents and teachers. All volunteers have been through the Episocopal Diocese of Texas's Safeguarding God's Children class and have been background checked.

Registration CLOSES on Thursday, January 10th (at 9pm) OR when we are FULL
Each child needs a sack DINNER and DRINK & a jacket / sweater for outdoor play (weather permitting)
Drop off at 5 pm in Parish Hall (or by 6pm)
Kids broken into 4 - 5 groups
- Babies (Pre-Walkers; ages 6 months - 18 months)
- 1's - 2's (18+ months - 3 years)
- 3's, Pre-School and Pre-K
- Kinder through 5th grade
- (1st through 5th grades separate if needed)
5 - 8pm - age appropriate play (games, treasure hunt, playground, crafts, music, puppets, etc)
8:15 - 9pm - movie time
Pick up by 9pm in Parish Hall (Late fees will be charged for any child picked up after 9:05pm.)
