Celebrating the Past and Looking to Our Future

CLOCC is excited to mark our 20th year with a celebratory convening and a look at our plans for the future on Wednesday, November 16, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. We will host the event in person at Lurie Children's Hospital with refreshments and parking available. A virtual option will be offered for attendees who prefer to follow this event online. 

Among the highlights, we will share the direction of nutrition, physical activity, and obesity prevention work at Lurie Children's, recognize the CLOCC 20 Under 20 youth leaders, and host a keynote presentation by Dr. Sara Bleich, Director of Nutrition Security and Health Equity for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Parking: Parking will be provided. Please utilize the Huron-Superior Parking garage at 225 N. Huron.

Hospital Visitor Guidelines: For visitors to Lurie Children's, the influenza vaccine and all recommended doses of the COVID-19 vaccine are strongly recommended. Guests are asked to complete the COVID-19 screening tool prior to attending this celebration.
