- Dr Young is a core faculty member at the Center for Positive Organisations. She works with positive change leaders within organisations to develop positive practices impacting employees, stakeholders, and the wider community.
- Dr Young is the co-creator of The BluePrint Toolset, which measures beliefs at the leadership, organisational, and individual level that are key for developing positive work environments. These tools are currently being used internationally to enhance employee wellbeing, organisational performance, and corporate value.
