Please join us for MBTA's 2020 Aroostook County Meeting at the Caribou Inn & Convention Center. 

Maine is the oldest state in the country, and workforce development is a critical issue for most employers.  Please join MBTA to hear about Momentum Aroostook, a group of engaged young professionals (YP's) connecting for career, social, and community betterment, with the overarching goal of retaining and attracting young and mid-career professionals to Aroostook County. Momentum is part of a statewide initiative called REALIZE! Maine, a coalition of Maine-based organizations working together to retain and attract young people to Maine, empower them to reach their greatest career and civic potentials, and create opportunities to keep them living, working, and thriving in our state. Momentum Aroostook is one of several regional groups which have formed throughout the state of Maine as part of the REALIZE network.

Hear from YP’s in northern Maine for ideas on how to not only recruit young and experienced talent, but also how to retain them.
