Natasha Toney, MA, CCP, PMP, MCATD, CSM, CSSBB
Natasha Toney is a creative problem solver and critical thinker with a passion for the art of facilitation. Natasha has over 20 years of instructional design, training, presentation, facilitation, and interactive workshop experience. Her areas of expertise span a broad range of topics from leadership and emotional intelligence to change management and post implementation process redesign.

Natasha is a Certified Life Coach (CCP), Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and a Project Management Professional (PMP®). She obtained her Masters Certificate in Adult Training and Development (MCATD) from Schulich Executive Education Centre. Over the course of her career, Natasha has worked with fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, Unilever, and RR Donnelley. She utilizes her extensive knowledge to ensure both profit and not-for-profit organizations experience sustainable business transformations.

David Donaldson, CMP, CTDP, PMP, MCAT
David Donaldson is a Program Director with TidalShift Inc. He is a seasoned facilitator, trainer, courseware developer, and consultant with over 20 years of experience building and delivering solutions for clients across North America. David's deep-rooted belief that one needs to master the core essence of a concept before moving forward, keeps his sessions grounded and makes the key learning objectives more relevant and applicable.

David holds a Change Management Practitioner™ (CMP) Designation from APMG International, a Project Management Professional (PMP®) designation from the Project Management Institute, and is a Certified Training & Development Professional (CTDP) from The Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly CSTD). He is an active member with The Institute for Performance and Learning and recently completed his Master’s Certificate in Adult Training & Development, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to development for himself and his students.
