2016 ITE-IMSA SPRING CONFERENCE 

Conference activities begin on Tuesday, March 1 with the annual golf and tennis tournaments.  Golf will tee off at Stonecreek Golf Club adjacent to the Conference site.  Tennis will be played at the Gold Key Racquet Club.  Details are provided on the attached golf and tennis flyers. 

We will have an amazing group of vendors displaying all the latest products which make our industry the best.  The conference includes continental breakfast and lunch on both Wednesday and Thursday and break times with snacks so you can visit the exhibit area and learn about all the new technology and products in today’s transportation marketplace.  Additional opportunity to connect with friends and business associates is provided on Wednesday with the dinner and casino night.  Festivities begin at 5 pm.  

The technical sessions open on Wednesday, March 2 with the Conference keynote speaker.  In addition, the Program Committee has assembled an outstanding group of session topics and speakers that are sure to stimulate discussion.  Additional information can be found in the 2016 Conference Program here.  

The technical sessions will include a series of Vendor Panels.  If you are interested in being part of a vendor panel, please review the attached information regarding participation and topics. 

 

For vendors and exhibitors, please see the attached Exhibitor Details.  The cost is $900 for one booth and $1600 for two booths.  The exhibitor booths are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so please complete your registration soon to get your spot!  If you have any questions, please contact Kim Konte McCollum.

  Please note that early registration ends on February, 22, 2016. After that, the registration fees increase.  Also, all credit card payments are processed through paypal -  however, you do not need a paypal account to pay by credit card.
