The aim of this community summit is to bridge research and practice by engaging providers, employers, and other key stakeholders in dialogue around the current economy and how to help vulnerable households increase their financial capability and build their assets.

Attendees will develop a plan of action to move our community forward. Participants will engage in meaningful and informative dialogue around best practices in the field of service, in public and private policy making, advocacy, financial services and employment.

Heart of Missouri United Way grant targets for Financial Stability Impact Grants targets will be informed by the outcomes of this summit.

University of Missouri School of Social Work has approved for 5.25 contact hours and .525 CEUs for the Summit.
