Yoga and Sound Healing Day Retreat

Meditation Mount welcomes health and wellness practitioners Taran Collis and Kate Coppola for a day of self-healing through yoga, meditation and sound therapy. Immerse yourself on these sacred grounds with majestic mountain views overlooking the lush countryside of the Ojai valley. 

The day will begin with a healing yoga practice for all bodies and ages in the beautiful indoor/outdoor Auditorium, meditation in nature at the International Garden of Peace and a healthy lunch on the Terrace overlooking Ojai. The afternoon session participants will experience the deep healing of sound alchemy where ancient acoustical instruments will bring your body to a complete state of balance and relaxation on a cellular level. Capping off the afternoon with healing tea and refreshments, time to gaze at the views, and exclusive access to the gardens.  Participants will leave feeling fully nourished, connected and balanced on all levels mind, body and spirit.

Cost is $125 and includes lunch from HIP restaurant and healthy refreshments. We will be following all current COVID regulations so everyone has a safe and supportive experience. Please bring your own masks, yoga props, sun protection, comfortable clothes and shoes (eye pillows/covers if desired). Limited Availability.
