Prior to each event I will promote registered guests by conversing with "you" on Twitter, Linked In and Facebook. I will use these mediums to pull you into strategically created conversations as a means to gain "followers" and "likes" for your Internet brand. Additionally, I will be working diligently to reach out to the desired business connections you provided during online registration. (Below)
During online registration you will be asked to provide an "elevator speech", for lack of better term. Do not over think this; simply describe a good contact for you. I will handle the rest! You may bring business cards but they are not necessary as each attendee will receive this information in a printed handout.
At the event you will receive a list of all registrants that will include the same information you provided me prior to the event.
After the mixer I will reach out once again to the contacts/industries you desire meeting to invite them to future events. Each guest will also receive a follow up e-mail that once again includes all registrant info!
