Empowering Teens Group 

This interactive group will be for young women in 7th through 10th grades. The goal for this group is to grow and strengthen self-esteem and self-worth. Topics will include, self-image & self worth, understanding the roles of social media and peer pressure and assertive communication. Weekly group includes parent feedback.
