Rates:
$60 (Early Bird) | $30 (Guests) - ends December 19, 2015
$80 (Regular) | $40 (Guests) - December 20, 2015 until January 31, 2016
$120 (Late Registration) | $60 (Guests) - February 1 through conference.

Note: Payment MUST be received or postmarked by the end of the time period for early or regular registration. If not, you may have registered at one rate, but will have to pay the rate effective at the time of your payment.

Partial refunds (up to 80%) will be available until February 1, 2016.
