bionorthTX is an independent, non-profit 501(c) (6) trade association serving and representing the life sciences industry in the northern region of Texas. Our members include companies, organizations, and individuals engaged in, or supportive of, research, development and commercialization of life science technologies. bionorthTX was formed in February, 2014 by industry individuals who believed that the region needed representation by companies and individuals whose focus has been, and will continue to be, centered on the life sciences. The Association’s mission is to help to foster an environment in North Texas that supports life science research, innovation and commercialization. We endeavor to increase the competitiveness of North Texas as a premier global location for biotechnology/biomedical research, education and industry. By encouraging the development of a rich ecosystem, we endeavor to strengthen the economy of our local communities, making North Texas a sought out place to live and work.
North Texas has a diverse range of interdisciplinary life science technologies and companies that impact the broad healthcare community. bionorthTX member companies are biotech, diagnostics, nutraceuticals, dermatology, medical device, health care services, healthcare IT, investors, non-profits, and supplier and service providers to the life sciences industry.
