ACNA Provincial Council June 2018 

 

 

Dear Rt. Rev. Sirs, Executive Committee Members and Provincial Council Attendees,

The governing bodies of the Anglican Church in North America will be gathering in Jerusalem on Saturday, 23 June 2018. This is a one day meeting of the   Provincial Council only. The meeting will take place at the YMCA 3 Arches Hotel located at 26 King David Street, Jerusalem, Israel.

Here is the schedule:

8:00 am Board busses from hotel (to be determined from GAFCON)

8:15 am Busses depart for the YMCA

8:30 am All Provincial Council Delegates MUST Sign-in/Certification

9:00 am Business Meeting with break for lunch

3:00 pm Busses depart for assigned hotel and/or Ben Gurion Airport (TLV)

Lunch is included in the meeting fee.

GAFCON is assigning our hotel room block.

Due to travel arrangements some delegates will require extra nights accommodation. GAFCON has arranged for the conference rate to apply for 2-3 days either side of the conference (these arrangements are subject to availability at the same hotel).

Bookings and cost for these additional nights will be at your own arrangements. Please make contact directly with Vered Hasharon, our Jerusalem accommodation agent, to arrange these. Their details are:

Group transportation will be provided from our assigned hotel to the meeting venue on Saturday, 23 June departing at 8:00 am. Transportation after the meeting will be to back to the hotel or to the Ben Gurion/Tel Aviv Airport (TLV). Please be sure to indicate your preference on the registration.

Meeting Fees are as follows:

All attendees (Delegates, Delegate Spouses, Observers, Officers) $100 meeting fee.

No one will be admitted without registration and payment made by the due date.

Deadline to register and for payment are due no later than 4 June 2018.
