Benefiting Wesley Community Center
Wednesday, October 5, 2016 • Junior League of Houston
For over 112years, Wesley Community Center has been supporting and strengthening families in Houston’s Near Northside . Each year, Wesley holds a luncheon to celebrate our work and programs that impact over 20,000 Houstonians annually.
Please join us for this year’s luncheon on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at the Junior League of Houston, to hear Dr. Stephen Klineberg, the Founding Director of the Kinder Institute for Urban Research. In 1982, Dr. Klineberg and his students initiated the annual Kinder Houston Area Survey, now beginning its 35th year of tracking the remarkable changes in the demographic patterns, economic outlooks, experiences and beliefs of Harris County residents. Dr. Klineberg has completed a series of published reports (and soon a book) on this ongoing research.
We invite you to review the included sponsorship opportunities and consider partnering with us to support the luncheon and ensure our ability to continue our passion through helping others in our community. Please respond by September 19, 2016, as this will ensure your inclusion as a sponsor on the invitation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Tammie Mailloux at 713-821-8905 or by email at tmailloux@wesleyhousehouston.org. On behalf of all the children, seniors, and families who will benefit from your generosity, we thank you and look forward to seeing you at the luncheon.
