Please note that due to illness, Sarabeth Levine has had to cancel her appearance. Her book, Sarabeth's Good Morning Cookbook: Breakfast, Brunch, and Baking, will be available for sale and signed book plates will be provided.
Nancy Fuller, the host of Farmhouse Rules, the #1 in-kitchen show on the Food Network delivers a cookbook to fill America's yearnings for authentic comfort food. She believes in bringing family together around the table, sharing stories and table manners. Ms. Fuller will be talking about her new book, Farmhouse Rules: Simple Seasonal Meals for the Whole Family.
Sarabeth Levine has had to cancel her appearance due to illness. Copies of her book, Sarabeth's Good Morning Cookbook: Breakfast, Brunch, and Baking, will be available for purchase at the event and signed book plates will be provided.
Nicole A. Taylor - Southern cooking meets the Brooklyn foodie scene, keeping charm (and grits) intact. Georgia native Nicole Taylor spent her early twenties trying to distance herself from her southern cooking roots--a move "up" to Brooklyn gave her a fresh appreciation for the bread and biscuits, Classic Fried Chicken, Lemon Coconut Stack Cake, and other flavors of her childhood. Ms. Taylor will be talking about her new book, The Up South Cookbook: Chasing Dixie in a Brooklyn Kitchen.
Tickets are $15, with proceeds to benefit the Library.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for a wine reception. Appetizers generously provided by Cosi/Stamford Town Center, Fuji, and John the Baker Trattoria & Pizzeria.
