With a new administration and Congress in Washington, mortgage bankers and real estate professionals involved in the home buying market have many questions about how lending practices may change. Attend the annual New Hampshire Housing Conference on Homeownership Tuesday, April 4 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Manchester Country Club in Bedford, featuring Meghan Sullivan, Associate VP of Legislative Affairs for the Mortgage Bankers Association, as the keynote speaker. She will offer insight on activities and regulations at the federal level around mortgage lending. Following Sullivan’s presentation, a panel of experts will discuss the potential impact at the state level.
There also are two training opportunities at the conference: Realtor training for CEU credit, provided by New Hampshire Housing and the USDA-Rural Development, and concurrently, a training session for lenders by New Hampshire Housing.
Registration is $30 and includes a full breakfast.
New Hampshire Housing provides complimentary admission for members of our state legislature and our Congressional delegation and staff. Please contact Donna Evans at 603-310-9275 for registration.
