With 30 years of experience in early childhood education, CentroNía created the CentroNía Institute to disseminate its best practices to educators and administrators. The Institute provides intensive, research-driven workshops and individualized coaching focusing on best practices in the education of our earliest learners, many of whom are English language learners.  

The CentroNía Institute Reflective Practice Approach (CIRPA) Toolkit was created by the CentroNía Institute as a resource for teachers to use as a framework to intentionally plan and reflect upon classroom lessons and activities. We are excited to share the CIRPA Toolkit with you!
