Live Performance: Kevork Mourad 

Shangri La artist-in-residence Kevork Mourad collaborates with acclaimed Hawaii-based pianist Jonathan Korth to create a powerful commentary about Syrian loss and displacement. This live performance will debut a new composition by Syrian American musician Kareem Roustom. Join us for an exciting evening of art, music and ideas. Following the performance, there will be a reception with the artists.

Please note there is no parking onsite or in the surrounding neighborhood. Access to Shangri La is by shuttle only. Shuttle service, making multiple rides to Shangri La, will begin at 6:15 pm from Kapiolani Community College parking lot A.
