Crossing the chasm | Lisa Martin was a senior director at Delice de France before starting Taste Direct a few years ago. Lisa will share some insights about her journey so far in developing the brand for food service and retail. A recent step change in ambition has demanded a different approach to take Taste Direct to mainstream markets.

The power of marketing: its role in buiding a successful business | Roddy Kane of Roddy Kane Marketing Consultancy was one of the marketers who helped grow the Australian wine business in the UK from 6% to 23% over some 10 years. Roddy will provide some insights into wine marketing in particular and marketing products and services in general.

It's all in the brewing: Derek Prentice is Head Brewer at Wimbledon Brewery. He has enjoyed a long career in brewing and has brewed some reat beers with a number of famous London breweries including Truman's, Young's and Fullers. Derek will share his experiences in the competitive world of brewing and distilling.
