The Bedern Pancake Race 

We are reviving our Pancake Race on Shrove Tuesday, 21st February, and we invite all our neighbours to take part. If you have a business in #Goodramgate we'd be pleased to have you in the running! Free to enter and the winner will receive the coveted Golden Frying Pan Award!

The ingredients so far:

• Please register your 'runner' using the link below- other supporters are welcome
• We will assemble at 9.50am outside Bedern Hall.
• The race will start at 10.00am from just beyond the archway from Goodramgate - the course will be advised on the day, but will essentially be past the hall along Bartlegarth and back to the finish line outside the Hall.
• We will supply pans and pancakes
• If the weather is poor or the road is slippery, we will run a pancake tossing competiton inside the hall.

Why are you do this?

• To raise our profile amongst both the public and fellow businesses in the Goodramgate area
• To promote the Hall and the great mix of independent businesses we have in the area
• To create links between businesses in the area
• To have a bit of fun!
