Hygienic Design Training in New Orleans

Food safety begins with the best training.

Reserve your seat for our Hygienic Design Training in New Orleans on September 22 to 24, 2015. Register early and save money! Early birds receive a discount of US$ 200.00 on their course fee.

Training Schedule

This 2½ day training course uniquely combines classroom sessions with hands-on workshops.

  • Tuesday September 22, 2015 from 08:00am to 06:00pm, followed by a group dinner in the French Quarter in New Orleans (included in the training fee)
  • Wednesday September 23, 2015 from 08:00am to 05:00pm. Free evening.
  • Thursday September 24, 2015 from 07:00am to 11:00am. Departure to airport. 

Successful completion of the training will be recognized by certification.

Training Fee

Participation in this training costs US$ 1,195.00. This includes classroom and workshop set ups, handouts of training materials, certification, lunch, and a group dinner.

Early birds get a US$ 200.00 discount.Sign up until 2 months before the training, and pay only US$ 995.00.

For your convenience we will establish a group rate at a nearby hotel. Group rates have been established at the Courtyard Marriott at 2 Galleria Blvd in Metairie, LA.  Book your room now by clicking here.
Transportation between this hotel and the training location will be provided, and you are welcome to use it free of charge. If you prefer to stay at a different location, we look forward to meeting you on the Intralox campus on Tuesday morning.
