Stories of transition from a traditional staff hierarchy to true team decision-making...

We want residents to direct their own lives.  We want staff to be empowered to bring this about.  But how do we really make it happen?  Glenn Blacklock will not only share success stories of shaping a new face of leadership, but will offer clear strategies and methods through advanced Neighborhoods and Households, to create an empowering climate.

Attend The New Face of Leadership - and begin the true journey of growth and learning for your organization.  Reshape workplace opportunities for caregivers, housekeepers,  activities aides, restorative aides, dining and kitchen staff.

Tuition: A single registration is $120. If sending more than one person from the same organization, registration is $99 per attendee.  Register 5 and receive a free DVD: New Face of Leadership (value $99).
