During 15 years as Administrator, Glenn Blacklock explored the cutting edge of culture change and became known nationally for his work bringing normal life pursuits to nursing home residents. With a Master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, he has challenged what it means to be ‘frail’.  As an Action Pact Consultant, Glenn encourages his clients to look at their environments through residents’ eyes - where a good life every day is still within reach. In recent years he has presented numerous workshops on Self-Led Teams at Pioneer Network Conferences.
