Our resident expert in all things “caliente” , AKA the "Salsa Momma" Katherine Gonzalez focuses on the best of seasonal ingredients in this super delicious class. We’ll be cooking up some of her favorite family recipes featuring Anaheim Green Chiles & Poblano Peppers, known as "rellenos" meaning 'stuffed".
In this hands on workshop you'll make your own chile rellenos in a variety of ways using Katherine’s recipes that are simply prepared, using her generational native kitchen secrets.
