 Lahcen Haddadi started his food service consulting firm in 2013 to help food service entrepreneurs to start their independent or franchise concept.  After spending more than a decade working with the prestigious Buckhead Life Restaurant Group as a General Manager in Atlanta, in the meantime was taking Hotel Restaurant and tourism courses.
Lahcen also is a Registered Instructor and Proctor with the National Restaurant Association, Teaching ServSafe as well as  National  Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP). that makes him a perfect person to help his client working with the public health department on getting food service permits as well as passing public health inspections.
