Join us for Preakness, Penn National Racing, and some casino fun
with fellow alumni and special guests!

Join us in the exclusive Ship Suite with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the race track. After the televised Preakness, racing starts at Penn National at 6:00PM. Ever wonder how to bet on race horses other than just by catchy name? Our well-informed guest will teach us the right way to bet on a horse race.

Also get the how-to’s and odds of winning in table games like craps and roulette. Our evening includes a delicious buffet dinner at 7:00PM and a bar will be conveniently located right outside our event room, in addition to a betting station. After dinner we'll have two more special guests, Dave Kennedy and Ben Galluzzo, associate professors of mathematics at Ship and creators of MathEdge Fantasy Sports who will give insight on card games and computerized games with 'odds-related' outcomes from the perspective and expertise of mathematics professors and entrepreneurs.
