Agent and Broker Responsibility

Course Overview

This course explores the legal, ethical and professional relationships between the Agent and the Broker. Creating and maintaining a balanced professional relationship will increase your sales and your reputation.

We will see how the needs of the Agent/Broker and the public can also be accomplished with little to no risk of legal liability. The National Association of Realtors established "Ethics and Standards of Practice" that will be reviewed in this class. It address's a higher performance standard rather than just the mere requirements of the law.
