ServSafe

Course Overview

Advancing food safety training for many years, the ServSafe program is recognized and accepted by more federal, state and local jurisdictions than any other food safety program and has a track record of certifying over 5 million professionals. This class is designed for foodservice professionals, including restaurant operators, chefs, inspectors, sanitarians, public health officials, culinary students and instructors, and many more.

User friendly and flexible, ServSafe training materials provide a complementary mix of components to satisfy each level of an operator's food safety needs.
