ELD Implementation Information Session

Presented by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USD) & The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) 

The STA, SGI & CTCI will be hosting The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA) and the US Department of Transportation (DOT) at a free information session on the United States ELD implementation. If your company operates in the US, this rule will directly affect your business operations as of December 18,2017.

The rule requires ELD use by commercial drivers who are required to prepare hours-of-service (HOS) records of duty status (RODS). Motor carriers and drivers subject to the ELD rule must start using ELDs by the compliance date of December 18, 2017
