FlexRadio Systems Banquet 2016 - New Night, New Venue!

Please join us for our annual FlexRadio Systems banquet to be held Friday, May 20, 2016 at the Hilton Garden Inn Dayton South/Austin Landing.  Due to the change of venue, please note that this year our banquet is on a Friday evening.   Because of these changes we've opened registration a bit earlier this year to give you more time to plan.  

In addition to the latest updates from the FlexRadio team on products, software direction, partnerships, etc., we are working to confirm one or two surprise guest speakers for brief updates to the evening's agenda.  Details are still being worked out but we will keep you informed along the way.

With the booking of a new venue we are now able to offer our attendees guest rooms at a reduced rate.  We've set up a registration page with the hotel to allow our guests to register in the FlexRadio Systems room block.  Space is limited so I encourage you to book early.  Rates are $159/night for standard rooms or $199/night for a suite.  Rates include one breakfast per standard room and up to four breakfasts per suite.   For room registration at the Hilton click the following link:

The banquet will be held from 6:30pm – 10:30pm with the following schedule:

• 6:30pm – Registration opens, cash bar and social networking begin
• 7:15pm – Dinner buffet is served
• 8:15pm – Presentations begin with a Q&A at the end of the evening

Advance registration is required and seating is limited.  Cost is $40/person.
