We are looking for business owners that have been in business for 2-4 years to participate in this program. 

This is a hands-on workshop. All participants will be invited to participate in an optional follow up peer-to-peer learning roundtable as part of each class.

Presenters

Medi Jiwani has a background in Finance and Accounting.  His experience includes working in mid-sized and large companies with international operations in a broad range of industries.  He retired as a Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded Company 4 years ago.

Jim Leonard was Founder and President of Elastomeric Roofing Systems, a nationally known manufacturer which brought environmentally sound products to the commercial roofing industry.  He has thirty years of experience in product development, corporate management and leadership; after serving as a college chemistry educator for ten years.

Jim Handy owned and grew 3 businesses, 2 of which he started.  A former principle of TEC (Now Vistage) roundtables for CEOs, he worked monthly with hundreds of mid-sized business.  He has expertise in strategic planning, implementation and alignment for growth as well as starting and growing a consulting business.
