Summarizing Data with Excel PivotTables, PivotCharts, and Dashboards - an Introduction

Abstract: Let Excel do the heavy lifting by building quick-reference summaries of your datasets! This presentation will provide an overview of how to implement some of the most useful features of Excel to make data interpretation simpler and more efficient. A little planning and investment up front will save you time and headaches in the long run!

About the Facilitator: Heather holds BS & MS degrees in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and University of Nebraska at Omaha, respectively. Her background includes a range of technical experience, grant writing/post-award project implementation, and research collaborations, all of which lend unique perspectives to enhance her current role as Grant Coordinator for STEM Education Grants at the UNO STEM TRAIL Center.
